Definition

Entry Points Pro is a closed-source signal indicator for MT4 and MT5 that marks a potential entry on the chart together with an entry level, a stop level and a lot size derived from your risk setting.

It is widely described as showing entries in advance, which needs qualifying. The arrow is defined to print at the close of a completed candle, so it is not ahead of the bar, it is ahead of the move the author expects to follow. Anything that appears on the candle still forming is not yet a signal.

Use it for
A complete entry proposal, level plus stop plus size, on an instrument you have already tested it against.
Use with care
The on-chart win rate. It is self-scored and depends on which exit style is selected, so read it as a comparison between exits rather than as a result.
Do not use it for
Blind execution of every arrow across many instruments at once. Nothing published says which instrument the thresholds were tuned on.

Pros
  • The free demo is the full version rather than a crippled trial, so every claim can be tested before paying
  • Each arrow arrives with an entry level, a stop level and a lot size calculated from your own risk setting
  • An on-chart panel reports the indicator's own results on your symbol, your timeframe and your broker's data
  • Rentable at 59 USD per month, which is a cheaper way to evaluate it than the 149 USD purchase
Cons
  • The calculation is closed, so the no-repaint claim rests on the author's own testing rather than anything a buyer can inspect
  • The self-reported win rate on the panel is produced by the same code that produces the signals, and shifts with the exit style selected
  • Version 10, shipped in July 2026, is a substantial rebuild, so older marketplace reviews describe a different product from the one on sale
  • Breadth across every asset class means no threshold can suit all of them equally, and the listing does not say which it was tuned on
Standout features
What Entry Points Pro offers beyond the core signal stats above.
  • Free demo is the full version, not a limited trial
  • Each signal ships with an entry level, a stop level and a risk-based lot size
  • On-chart panel reports win rate and points profit per exit style, on your own data
  • Rental option at 59 USD per month alongside the 149 USD purchase
  • Free manual published in nine languages

When it misleads you

RegimeDetect withSignal qualityWhat to do
Clean trend with pullbacksHigher highs and higher lows, with corrections that stop short of the prior swingBest fit. The author's stated model is entering a trend once its correction completes.Take the published level with the published stop, and manage the exit yourself.
Tight rangePrice returning repeatedly to the same band, arrows alternating directionPoor. Corrections and reversals look identical inside a range.Stand aside until the range resolves rather than trading alternating signals.
News driven repricingA scheduled release on the calendar for the instrument's currency or metalDistorted. The published stop was sized for normal conditions, not for the gap through it.Skip signals in the release window, and expect slippage on any stop already resting there.

Three ways to actually use it

Playbook 1: Trade the level, not the arrow
Any timeframe - pending order workflow

The published level is the trade. The arrow is only the announcement.

  1. Wait for the candle to close and the arrow to be final.
  2. Place a pending order at the published entry level rather than entering at market.
  3. Use the published stop, and the lot size the panel calculates from your own risk input.
  4. If price never reaches the level, let the order expire instead of chasing it.
Playbook 2: Settle the repaint claim with the free demo
One-off test - one to two sessions - costs nothing

The demo is the full version, so the author's central claim is checkable before purchase.

  1. Run the demo on one symbol until it has printed twenty to thirty arrows.
  2. Record the bar and the published entry level for every one of them.
  3. Force recalculation: switch timeframe and back, restart the terminal, reload history.
  4. Repeat across a session boundary and a weekend, and reject the build if any closed-bar arrow or level has changed.
Playbook 3: Read the panel as a sensitivity map
Evaluation step - before committing to buy

Turns a self-reported statistic into something genuinely informative.

  1. Note the win rate and points profit under each exit style the panel offers.
  2. Record the spread between the best and worst of them on the same sample.
  3. Treat a wide spread as evidence the exit rule, not the entry, is carrying the result.
  4. Repeat on a second symbol before concluding anything, since one sample is not a finding.
Analyst's note
An indicator that scores itself is showing you a choice, not a verdict

A panel that displays an indicator's own win rate looks like transparency, and compared with a static marketing screenshot it is. But a win rate is never a property of an entry signal alone. It is a property of an entry paired with an exit, and this panel lets you switch the exit. That means the headline number is one point on a curve the software is drawing for you, and the shape of the whole curve is far more informative than its peak. If the win rate is 71 percent under one exit style and 44 under another, the entry is not producing a 71 percent edge, the exit is doing most of the work and you now know which part of the system to scrutinise. Read the spread, not the maximum. That habit will serve you on every performance claim you ever meet, including the ones that do not come with a panel.

What arrives on the chart

Entry Points Pro is sold by Yury Orlov, listed since February 2021, with the current version 10.1 dated July 2026. It costs 149 USD outright or 59 USD a month to rent. What it draws is more than the usual arrow: alongside the marker sits the entry level, the stop level, and a lot size derived from the risk figure you set. The author's framing is that your job is reduced to placing one order.

That completeness is the real product. Plenty of indicators print arrows. Far fewer commit to a specific level and a specific stop, which is also what makes this one testable, because a signal with a defined entry and stop either worked or it did not.

The panel that reports on itself

The second distinctive feature is an on-chart panel that counts the indicator's own results on whatever symbol and timeframe you have open: win rate, profit in points, and a breakdown across different exit styles. Running on your broker's data rather than a marketing screenshot is a genuine advantage, and very few listings offer anything comparable.

Read it carefully, though. The panel is written by the same author as the signals, and every number on it depends on an exit rule the software chose. That is why the breakdown across exit styles matters more than the headline: it shows how much the result depends on the exit rather than on the entry. If the win rate swings widely as you change exit style, the edge being claimed belongs to the exit. If it holds steady across all of them, the entry is doing real work. That comparison is the most valuable thing on the panel, and it is not the number the eye goes to first.

How to use Entry Points Pro

The design points to a specific workflow, and most of the ways people get poor results come from skipping steps in it.

  • Trade the level, not the arrow. The arrow prints at the close of a candle, and the level it publishes is where the entry is meant to happen. Chasing the market price at the moment the arrow appears means taking a different trade from the one the tool described.
  • Set your risk input before anything else. The lot size shown is calculated from it. Leaving it at a default means every position on the chart is sized for somebody else's account.
  • Use the rental month as a test, not as trading capital. Rent, or run the demo, and gather your own sample on your own instruments before committing 149 USD.
  • Pick one or two instruments and stay there. A tool that runs on everything has to have been tuned on something. Find out for yourself which of your symbols it behaves best on rather than assuming the breadth is uniform.
  • Compare the exit styles on the panel before you trust the win rate. See above: the spread between them tells you where the claimed edge actually lives.
  • Let the candle close. The arrow is defined as a close-of-candle event, so anything you see forming is not yet a signal.

Does Entry Points Pro repaint?

The author's position is unusually specific. The listing states the arrow appears on candle close and never moves, and reports an automated test of 2,486,568 checks across EUR/USD, gold and BTC/USD with zero violations.

Specific is not the same as independent. That test was designed, run and reported by the seller, the code behind it is closed, and no part of it can be reproduced by a buyer. A number that precise invites more trust than its provenance supports, which is exactly why our stats grid records the repaint status as untested rather than repeating the author's answer.

What makes this listing different from most closed-source indicators is that you are handed the means to check. The demo is the full version rather than a limited trial, so the test costs nothing but time:

  1. Run the demo on one symbol and let it print twenty to thirty arrows.
  2. Record the bar and the published entry level for each one.
  3. Force recalculations: change timeframe and back, restart the terminal, reload history.
  4. Repeat across a session boundary and a weekend gap, then compare against your record.

An arrow that has moved, vanished or appeared where none was is a repaint, whatever any test count says. Arrows that survive all four disturbances confirm the claim on your build, your broker's data and your instrument, which is a stronger result for you than the author's figure because it covers the only conditions you will actually trade.

One distinction worth keeping straight while you test. The signal is defined on the close, so a marker that flickers during the forming candle is not repainting, it is an unfinished calculation. Judge only what sits on closed candles.

Where it fits

This suits a trader who wants a complete entry package, level, stop and size, rather than a direction hint, and who is willing to spend a rental month or a demo period gathering evidence before paying. It suits impatient buyers badly: nearly everything that makes this product defensible is the testing it invites you to do, and a buyer who skips that is paying 149 USD for someone else's statistics.

One practical note on the reviews. Version 10 is described by its own author as the largest rebuild in the product's history, so the older half of the marketplace feedback describes software that no longer exists. Weight recent comments accordingly.

How it compares
Entry Points Pro against narrower and cheaper alternatives

The contrast with Gold Stuff is breadth against focus, and price against completeness. Gold Stuff costs 30 to 50 USD, prints a direction, exposes no settings and is built for one instrument. Entry Points Pro costs 149 USD and publishes a full entry package across every asset class MT5 supports. Neither approach is better in the abstract. If you trade one instrument and already have your own exits, the cheaper fixed tool covers the same ground. If you want the level, stop and size decided for you and you trade across markets, the breadth is what you are paying for, and the full demo is how you find out whether it holds up on the specific symbols you care about.

Frequently asked
Is the Entry Points Pro demo limited compared to the paid version?

No. The author states the demo is the full version with nothing cut or disabled, which is unusual on the MQL5 Market and is the single most useful fact about this product. It means the claims about signal behaviour and the on-chart statistics can all be checked on your own instruments before any money changes hands.

Is it better to rent Entry Points Pro or buy it?

Renting costs 59 USD a month against 149 USD to own, so roughly two and a half months of rental equals the purchase price. Renting makes sense as an extended evaluation on your own symbols. Beyond about three months, buying is cheaper.

Can the win rate shown on the chart panel be trusted?

It is calculated by the same code that generates the signals, so treat it as the author's own scoring rather than an independent result. Its useful function is comparative: the panel breaks results down by exit style, and how much the win rate moves between those styles tells you whether the claimed edge comes from the entry or from the exit.

Do older reviews of Entry Points Pro still apply to the current version?

Only partly. Version 10 shipped in July 2026 and is described by the author as the biggest rebuild in the indicator's history, so feedback written before that date refers to materially different software. Sort the marketplace comments by date and weight the recent ones.
