Where FirstBuckFX runs a real live trading account with a broker, the spread figures shown are pulled directly from that account's MT5 feed and refresh continuously. Everywhere else, figures are manually checked and carry an explicit "as verified on [date]" label so it's never ambiguous which kind of number you're looking at.
