FirstBuckFX started as a trading dashboard. This site is the same data: regime tracking, COT positioning, confluence scoring, broker spreads, published openly and updated continuously, instead of locked behind a login or frozen in a blog post from years ago.
Every data page here, such as the regime index, confluence leaderboard, COT tracker, and event data, reads directly from the same feeds our dashboard runs on. When the market moves, these pages move with it. Nothing is manually re-typed or left stale on purpose.
Reviews of brokers, indicators, EAs, and strategies are written to be honest about what actually works and in which market regime, not written to flatter a product or pad out a content calendar.
It isn't financial advice. Nothing published here, including scores, regime labels, broker comparisons, and strategy reviews, is a recommendation to take a specific trade. Trading FX carries real risk of loss.
It also isn't a content mill. We'd rather publish fewer, data-backed pages than churn out generic explainer posts that could have been written by anyone, about anything, at any time.
Broker spread charts, the regime index, and the COT tracker read from the same feeds our own dashboard runs on. There is no manual re-typing step where a number can go stale.
Every broker’s Safety Score is computed from five weighted, checkable factors, not typed in by an admin. The full breakdown is shown on the broker’s own page.
See how it’s computed →FCA licenses are looked up against the FCA’s own Financial Services Register rather than trusted from a badge on the broker’s site. Other regulators get the same manual check.
Broker reviews carry a verification log at the bottom of the page. Each entry is a separate, dated check, not a single “last updated” field that could mean anything.
A small team does the testing and writing here, and every review is attributed to a real person, not a house byline.
